Most products sold by TowUniverse.com qualify for return or replacement within 30 days from the date your order ships. Please visit www.towuniverse.com/returns.html to process your return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of $8.49 will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be charged a 20% restock fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges.

 

How do I return an order that I have already received or is defective?
You have 30 days to return your item. All orders that have shipped will be charged a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. Please contact us for RMA information. 

 

TowUniverse.com does not provide shipping and or return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to our returns location. 

 

We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.

Damaged/ Defective Items

How do I report damaged or missing items in my order?
Please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date by calling us at 888-634-9494 or emailing us at sales@thehitch.com Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  EST. Please provide pictures. We will send the replacement. Please keep the original packaging as we will send a return label for the damaged item.
