This class 3 multi-fit trailer hitch is compatible with most full-size pickup trucks from Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, GMC and Ram, including the latest models. It features a gross trailer weight capacity of 8,000 lbs., a tongue weight capacity of 800 lbs. and a 2" x 2" receiver tube opening, making it an excellent choice for towing everything from utility trailers to large campers (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component, including the hitch, ball mount, vehicle, etc.). For extra towing power and stability, this multi-fit hitch can also be used in combination with a weight distribution hitch, bringing its gross trailer weight capacity up to 12,000 lbs. and its tongue weight capacity up to 1,200 lbs.
